that will allow you to edit rosters and draft classes for the ps2 or Xbox. I know there is a utility for the PC.
I think Gommo made it and there is also a utility for 2k5 made by flying finn were you can edit player ratings easily and incorporate that into a game.

Gommo's editor for the PC even lets you edit players in a franchise mode. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible or if there is anything out there for consoles.
