I'm trying to make my own semi-realistic draft classes for the community. What's the best way to go about getting the players you want to come out, to come out? Also, what's the best way to keep players you don't want coming out to not show up on the classes.

What's the best way to get underclassmen to come out?

Play every big College football game of the year and get the scores as close to what you think would happen. It would be a full time job. Still might not work because some of it is random when they are imported.
