Question for those that say subbing works for them

I play 9 min qtrs and see some subs - RB's usually get pulled for a series/few plays in the 3rd/4th qtr depending on how hard they are being run.

Also, some of the D line will get subbed in the 4th when the CPU runs a sustained drive. The FS usually gets pulled too but that is because I control him and I hold the sprint button down alot.
