How do I get the roster updates on XBL? I have a 360 and can't seem to find them. Thanks for the help.

Go to Create a Game and it will prompt you to download the rosters.

For whatever reason every time I try and connec to EA's servers it says I'm not connected to XBL, which I am. Also I have a gold account. Anyone know whats wrong here?
