I would guess one of three things

-EA will just put leave Jones as is
-EA will put Jones on IR
-EA will remove Jones from the game

I think the first option is most likely.

I'll think they'll just take him out...not on FA or anything. Hell, they remove the players cut in training camp that then get placed on teams' Practice Squads.

Chris Henry is a more complicated one since he's not out for the entire season. I suspect they will add Henry in through roster update late in the season.
