NFL Europa as a part of Madden's franchise mode?

I would like to see a practice squad before NFL Europa, but both would be welcome additions in my book.

Adding practice squads and NFL Europe (or NFL Europa as they call it now for no apparent reason) would be great. while they are at it they could make it so putting a player on the IR actually frees up a roster spot. i can't believe that this game still doesn't implement the IR correctly. whats the point in even having it if it doesn't give you a roster spot?
