relocation question, madden 06 ps2

i am about to enter the 4th season of my franchise. i am playing it concurrent with ncaa 06.

at the end of the season 8 teams, eight, moved cities. including NE, Balt, SF, NYJ and 4 others. since 8 total teams have not relocated in the last 30 years in real life, i find this a bit excessive.

question: is this what i can come to expect every year?

i did build myself a stadium this year if that triggers this.

any help appreciated.
