Right now I have the xbox controlling the draft picks that I get ,and I would like to control it myself now, how do I do that?

I did not see a option for going through the college draft w/out the computers help.

Can someone give some help w/this, I know what my team needs are and the computer keeps Drafting the wrong players....HELP!
