Does anyone think that Madden will update the NFL Europe? They've had the same rosters for about three years and I think they need updates. However, I don't think the NFLE rosters will be updated since most people don't care about NFL Europe but I'd like to see updates made to those teams.

I have not seen anything about NFLE. It seems that EA promotes (and I don't blame them) every aspect of the game leading up to its release. It would be cool to upgrade the rosters a little because I use NFLE to work out some of my sliders before I get into a franchise.

I think it's be pretty sweet if they not only updated the rosters but allowed for the use of NFLE as a minor league type system where young guys could play in the offseason, or you had the ability to sign guys from the league.

Hopefully, they'll allow for us to edit the NFLE teams if they don't update them. In previous versions of Madden, you could only play with the NFLE teams. I think it would be cool if we could edit, manage, and make actual use of NFL Europe. Like the guy above me said, we should be able to send young players to Europe, and sign guy from that league as well.

I wouldn't count on it. It seems like Saturdays World Bowl was the last game of the NFLE.
According to various sources (including ESPN) the NFLE will be killed @ the next NFL owners meeting.

There's even a story @ NFL.com which doesn't deny it, but basically says that it will be a shame because this was the best year of the NFLE.

Unfortunately the NFLE is done. Today the NFL basically said to all its European fans to F*** off.
This is more or less the death of American Football in Europe, the NFL will never have chance now in Europe.
