Finally something.. Im not geting a new system right away so the news from this blog sounds good to me.. gang tackles and new animations..a huge plus

Don't expect PS3/360 style gang tackles, but the same gang tackling in the PS2 version. EA have actually done a very poor job differentiating between the two as they're referring to both implementations as "gang tackling".

The PS2/PC/Xbox etc is 24 or so inbuilt, pre-determined animations, the 360/PS3 is that plus the branching system that can accept late tacklers to change a tackle mid flight. I don't believe the old engine games will have this.
