Hi Finn. How do you like All Pro 2K8? I saw a demo of the game played yesterday and the animations (tackling, qb throwing motion, running styles, blocking, pass rushes) look outstanding. The player models do not look as good as NCAA or Madden, but they definately make up for it with the animations. I'm debating on whether I'm going to get this game or not because it doesn't have a franchise mode. It still looks like a very solid game though.

Agree. It's clear they are working on the problems in the past (fatigue, crappy AI) and they blogs and producer interviews are a nice as opposed to the past.

Still..i am going to wait. Remember, 06 and 07 looked great until you bought it.

I dunno, i thought the running animations look pretty good to me but to each his own.

i dunno i dontthink it lookd that good. Coming from APF i think its just gonna feel bland. The sidelines are blah. Animations.....blah

cant wait to get this badboy. its looks great to me.. but the again i dont get a hard on about sidelines and other fluff.. i want good Gameplay and deep franchise mode. from te looks of things im getting both in madden this year.

I didnt even think it was appropraite to bring up gameplay. But you do have a franchise, Jerry Jones

They need to fix the way the players carry ball. You don't swing the dang ball around like LT was running down the sideline. I think that's why there's so many fumbles in NCAA. I've said this before but the cover ball button should only mean to put two hands on the ball, the player should automatically hold it tight in one arm.
