lol That's an interesting way to look at it.

Either way, game looks good. They seem to be adding a lot of "on the field" stuff and that's always a good thing.

Game still looks like a "twitch-fest" though (IMO) with the way players react. Good for fun gaming, bad for sim-heads.

I really hope the game can suck you in. It's the one thing Madden hasn't done on next gen yet. But with the moves NCAA has.... check that, NCAA actually has somewhat of a presentation. It's really the biggest thing holding this game back. I guarantee you throw in some presentation and many people would overlook the shortcomings.

I think they were trying to demonstrate how fatigue sets in after running like 50 yards. I know in any other Madden game, that's a TD.

I seriously can't see how some of you don't recognize the improvements in this game.

The pocket that formed around Manning and how he stayed there and completed a pass in good timing was very nice. The animations look much better, and the noticeable framerate is very much a positive.

I'll say this, put a color commentary beside the radio guy and it'd be really nice.

I was very unimpressed with all next-gen Maddens, but I have to say this game looks great.

Completely agree , i def see the improvments and after playing quite a bit of NCAA which i do enjoy, this does look even better. With having APF 2K8, NCA and soon MAdden i'll be in football heaven

Oh oh, you need to explain to jr here what a "twitch fest" is. See, to me, a sim head is someone who can enjoy the game as close to nfl stats as possible. I've done that for several yrs with Madden on PC on coach mode.(with several others mind you)

So, in other words, to this old goat, if I (we) can get Madden close to NFL stats, Madden is sim like to this sim head.
