One handed catch a little to effective?

It's probably that I dont pass much on THIS madden, but I"ve only seen the 1 handed catch attempted like 3 times in about 20 games. Only 1 was successful and it was beautiful.

Was it a deep pass or a quick one because if it is a quick pass his problem is not the Jets. You can get that quick pass on ANYBODY. Even Champ Bailey.
