When do I import NCAA draft class?

I have started a franchise and I'm currently in the preseason. When do I import my draft class into my franchise from NCAA? I can't find where or when to do it, but someone mentioned you could do it before you begin your season.

I have one question to add to that, you know how NCAA has campus mode and if I import my player into madden do you still only play when your player is on the field? I really like that.

This year, it will be asked for after your last pre-season game in (and BEFORE your first season game) in year one. There's a scouting mode, so you need to have those players in there at reg. season-start.
