So, can you do this in a store? When I called one of our stores, they said that all they have is a list of like 8 games that you could get for 50% off. On the website, pretty much everything has that little "buy madden and get 50% off" logo.

I think you should go into store a see a lot times they tell things over phone but when you get to the store its different.

I did it in the store and only saw a couple of games (5 maybe?) that were excluded. They had a little sign up that had the details of the deal. I don't remember all of the games that were excluded but for whatever reason the two that I remember are NCAA '08 and Boogie for the Wii.

Yeah, last years version. Actually I still play '06 on the original XBOX and eschewed the '07 360 version because it was lacking create-a-player and the heisman race despite the prettier pictures. Now that compatability has been added for '06 on 360 it's going to be even tougher to load up the newer game. I suppose I could've gotten '08, but I can only justify one sixty dollar game purchase a year to the wife.

Just picked it up at ToysRUs. Used the 20% coupon from online and did the 50% off another game. Got Madden 08 and Forza 2 for $81 after taxes. Not bad.
