Madden looks cartoony?

Does it seem like Madden looks a bit cartoony to anyone. I love madden and have been a fan for years. But this years game looks like they are not real players on the field. It could be my TV. Please if anyone else is seeing this let me know.

Madden has ALWAYS look cartoony. It's been a problem for quite some time. It's Madden though... it is what it is. EA has never done a good job in this department.

Yea, maybe its how they want their game to look. Like their style or something lol. But Yea graphics could be better. It's coo though.

Personally, i think the player models look awesome this year.

I have all pro and madden

I just cant get into it for some reason.

I tend to agree, it looks like a really polished football video game graphically. I don't think anyone would confuse it for a "real" game like say NBA 2k7 or MLB 2k7. I'm guessing the player models they went with are easier to animate for. The closer you get to photo realistism, the harder it is to animate for....i'm guessing.

EA did a good job with the graphical focus they decided on.

I kinda agree. Not really awesome, but good. I think the model proportions look much better this year. But a friend of mine doesn't like the dip in the model detail. For me, I don't care. I'm not trying to look at the game close up. I'm trying to play.

But seriously, if you compare the 360 version from this year to last year, I do agree that it doesn't look as 'rich' as last years. More cartoony I guess is the a good way to describe it.

One thing that really bothers me is there freaking hunchbacks but the powder bluecharger jerseys and there stadiums lighting is pretty amazing, cartoony yes but the colors are vibrant
