Got confused about it too -- in the offseason go to the progression screen, it'll list any progression as a (+whatever#) next to the rating or the overall rating.

So there is no during season progression ? Guys just don't improve or get worse till the off seasons ??

Only if you train them yourself in the weekly training drills.

Well, that explains it. I spent about 20 minutes looking for Progression earlier today. Last year (and however long before that, can't remember now) progression took place after pre-season, after weeks 5, 11, and 17, after play-off games, and in the off-season. So now they only progress in the off-season huh? Guess I won't need to spend anymore time searching the game for it.
