Does anyone know how to create a player in franchise mode? I created one outside of the franchise but am not sure how to add him to my franchise roster? Is this possible? Thanks!

First create your player. Put him in the FA or any team you want him to be in. Then start your Franchise. If the player is in the FA pool, find him there.
