Good post. Add in online "play" is "unplayable" though. Online play should be in the very ugly.

One other thing. Are the collisions and the blocking better in NCAA? Or is it just me? It seems like NCAA did a better job in these areas. MAdden has the gang tacklling, and I traded in NCAA so I can't compare anymore, but it seemed to me like the collisions and blocking were more realistic in NCAA. I dont know if the gang tackling has something to do with this, but so many times its like bowling in madden where noone gets blocked and you just run into a pile. On pass protection I've seen lineman slow to pick up the outside rusher as well. I dont remember seeing this in NCAA.

Re: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - Easy to Read

Good post..I will correct one thing though there IS a slider for INT> frequency.

thanks. my mistake on that one.
and evidently debate on whether the slider works or not.

anyone else have likes or dislikes that fit into GOOD/BAD/UGLY?
please add to the list.

thanks.

The bad:

-Once again EA neglected to include formation subs, formation-specific audibles, and formation shifts.
-I-formation, any runs between the tackles, fullback often run past the LB in order to block the safety, even though the LB is the immediate threat to my HB, like the way it used to in previous PS2 versions.

The bad-

Not 1 stat overlay during gameplay. I guess this could fall under presentation
No in game saves
Super Sim is useless unless your playing a 5 minute quarters.

The Ugly and I mean really ugly-

Because the speed of the game is way too fast some of the tackling animations are just horrid

The good -

Although it needs improving I like the halftime highlights of the key plays.

Fatigue works once again, I like needing depth.

The bad -

In four games played I have yet to see a facemask penalty and in general penalties are low unless I induce them.

Not sure if you had it but no position changes.

Re: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - Easy to Read

The Bad:

- Not able to change owners in the offseason like on PS2/Xbox versions.
- Not able to change a player's position in franchise (and overall if I'm not mistaken).
- The "tuck" rule fumbles that have plagued previous versions.
- Not enough control over Finances in franchise mode. Some people may not care but I want to be able to boost the cost of tickets during playoffs when I know there will be a sellout crowd.
- Not enough difference in cost for a scouting agency. There's only like $500K difference between the top agency and the bottom one. There's no reason for not picking the top one as it won't have any significant hit on your team's finances.
- Not able to use current team logos when relocating. I may want to move a team to a new city but keep my uniforms/logos.

The Ugly:

- MENU LAG!! It shouldn't take like 7 seconds to load the edit player screen or 2 seconds to switch between the QB screen and RB screen in my depth chart.
- Glitches, mainly the interception glitch (2 INTs are credited per 1 thrown in simmed games) and age/contract glitch when editing a player in franchise.

I'll add more if I think of any. I agree with all of the ones you put for The Good. Overall the gameplay is sick.
