Superstar DT? BROKEN.
I usually don't throw that word around a lot. But hear me out.
I created 2 different DT superstars. One "legendary" and the other "power move." After editing your guy, you go on to drills. Here's what happened.
With the legendary one, I ran a 4.43 40, did well on the lineman challenge, but only hoisted up 10 presses. His stats? 94-99 in everything, except strength. Get ready for this. His strength was a 24. He wound up a 78 overall.
So I tried again, this time using the "power" setup. I ran a more reasonable 5.4 40, did okay in the lineman challenge, but only hoisted up 10 presses. His strength was...? A twenty-something as well. He wound up with most ratings in the 60's and was a 64 overall.
Before anyone goes off on my lack of bench press prowess, I've hoisted up 25 with Reggie Bush on all-pro and have hit the 30's before with linemen. I do HATE the drill (Nintendo Track and Field, anyone?), but am not THAT bad at it.
Please, someone confirm by trying this out on your own. Only takes 5 minutes or so. If it comes out like I think, just ANOTHER aspect of the game Big Papi Ortiz screwed the pooch on in a major way.
By the way, when you see his mug on the agent select screen, don't you just want to hit the TV...?
