Madden '08 > NCAA Football '04

I am of the opinion that the ultimate football game was NCAA Football '04. I spent countless hours and months playing NCAA '04. Sadly, that opinion hasn't changed until now.

Madden '08 obviously looks better graphically and has more features (as it should of course) but for the first time the gameplay is as addicting and even more so than I can remember NCAA '04 being.

For me, this will be the first time that i will be playing a Madden game until the next Madden drops. Hopefully what happenend with NCAA '05 doesn't repeat with Madden '09.

I'm already playing my 20th game and I can honestly say the game just keeps getting better and better. NCAA '04 wasn't perfect and neither is Madden '08, but damn they are both so fun to play. So with that I say thanks EA and don't screw up Madden '09 like you did NCAA '05.

Allow me to be the first to rain on the parade. I won't be playing this past the time the real football season starts. I know Chicago is known for causing turnovers, but damn. It's taken to the extreme when I play this game.

Besides that, I actually am having fun with the game. So I can understand how you'd enjoy the game so much, should you not experience the issues with the turnovers.

Why do you even have it then? EA has also said that they were coming out with a patch for that issue.

It was said a few weeks ago. Maybe just before Community Day or during about the excessive turnovers and the need to patch it. One of the producers responded "It's already in the works". I can't recall the exact source though. I hope it turns out to be a reality and soon. EA might as well patch up the same issue on NCAA while there at it.

For those playing so much, how are you dealing with the high turnovers? I'm not talking about me making them, I'm talking about getting them.
