How can I put Brad Smith (a WR) at QB?

Sorry if I am being really dumb. But I would like to have Brad Smith play QB for the jets. He is listed as a WR and I can't edit this nor can I put him in on the debth chart. Is there a way to make this happen?

Well, Brad Smith did go to Missouri, so I'm assuming he just really likes him. Does sound like cheese though.

LOL--Actually you should play me --I am NOT very good so it would likely be an easy victory for you. I would also add that I really put a lot of emphasis on realistic play so I don't do chessy things. However, this year the jets are trying Brad at QB and I would like to be able to do that too. I just don't know if there is a way to get him into the qb position. So that is what I am hoping someone can help me with.

Madden doesn't let you edit player positions. And I haven't checked, but last year there were only certain other positions you could play at QB, and I don't think WR was one of them.

I believe he is right...

Now, to the guys mocking the whole Brad Smith at QB thing...The Jets do have him throw at times (in camp), kinda like a slash role.

go into your roster options and write down brad's ratings. edit him way down and release him into free agency. then create him as a qb and use the ratings you wrote down. viola!
