a bomb means theyre a bust or otherwise they can have a diamond

I think its more ratings specific for the draft spot. For example, I drafted Justin King #1 and he came out as a 92 overall as a shutdown corner. The next year, Jacob Cutera (may have the wrong name, he's a Michigan MLB) came out as a top 5 pick but as a 77 overall - although disappointingly he wasn't drafted until the third round so that really does't qualify as a bust - maybe its just for the user team?

but i meant is there a specific page to see this cuz i see nothing on the player card

that kind of takes things away if they told you if it was a bust or a diamond...
