Ok, this is just weird...........

I draft Sam Baker (OT - USC) in the first round...........when the "Rookie Signings" phase starts, I highlight his name, and press 'A' to begin negotiations, nothing happens. That said, all my other draft picks are available for negotiations.

Keep in mind, it can't be a Cap issue, i'm 35M under the cap, or a roster size issue, as I cut/didn't resign some players.

While I think it would be cool if a "Player Holdout" feature was available, i'm gonna go ahead and not give EA credit enough to have built that into the game.

Anyone experienced this situation/glitch?

After more research, it seems it's only Sam Baker that this effects.

Anyone else care to try and sign him?

This actually happens to some first round picks. It is a glitch. The way around it is to auto sign him.

Do you know what causes the glitch? Haven't seen it yet here.
