no... is not broken... the fact that you enjoy the pc version is due to the fact that is the same game you have played and we all have played for the past 7 years

LOL I wish I had a capture card for my 360 and I'd show you a TON of stuff. Linebacker AI was upped to the extreme on the consoles in order to make the game more difficult..

I can't view youtube at work..Oh and I am NOT saying the PC version is perfect, it just plays a better game of sim football. And yes I did give the game a chance. I tried all sorts of sliders and noticed the same B.S. on all madden and all pro. I then tried Pro sliders but the scores were uber ridiculous. There was not enough defense in an attempt to fix the AI..

This is pretty much the same breakdown we saw with NCAA this year (360/ps3 up, ps2/xbox way, waaaaay down). If anyone is still under the illusion that the ps2 and xbox are "current gen", this should put that notion to rest.

I would guess that the Madden Challenge has something to do with the numbers (I assume they are playing that on the 360), but we should also notice that the Wii numbers (which according to some is the console that is taking over this generation) are being dwarfed on arguably the most popular game of the year by both the 360 and the PS3.

It appears that is not the console of choice on multi-platform games.

You can't base the quality of a game off of one play on a youtube video. I mean the same thing can be done for Madden on the 360 as well:

Current Gen is now 360/PS3. PS2 and Xbox etc have slipped to last gen status.

Also, the linebackers are horribly good now. If I ran a zone defense all game long, I gaurantee my linebackers will pick off at least 4 passes and my corners will pick of at least 2 more and run tehm back to the house.

I'm actually gonna try remapping the "swat ball" button with the "catch" button on the 360 and see if I can't manually save some of the interceptions...admittedly...most of my CB/Safety INT's come off of user picks (habit from years of madden). Linebacker int's are always CPU controlled.

Has anybody considered editing the rosters and dropping the "hands" attribute to nil for User Linebackers?

Honestly, if I can't find a work around in the next week...I'll be sticking with NCAA 08 for the rest of the year...it's sad..because I normally like Madden.

Also to the person that said that we just haven't played it enough yet to get used to the Super Linebacker Defense...Sorry...don't buy it. Play the game on the 360 and PS3 on All-pro with Interceptions at 0 for both teams and tell me the game isn't broke...

If it's just a glitch I'll live with that. It's when you consistently see AI do super human things on the field to make the game more difficult is where the line is drawn..

Wonder how many PC sales there were. Prob not many, under the Wii level..
