I think what will happen is you dont get any more Madden points after switching teams.

I know not everyone is a fan of APF but its something thats worth a try of Madden is getting on your nerves. I found a bit of relief in it after a heavy turnover game. Find a team that fits you and it can be a blast, you just have to give it more than a few days to impress you.

The game has only been out two weeks.

I agree, it's great there are other alternatives for football gaming.

No offense taken and I agree that it's ridiculous that we would have tp do such things but it does work and literally takes about 30 seconds or less. Plus if you're wrong it costs the CPU team a timeout which I like since they are never used until the end of the half.

I response to the other questions about if doing this affects achievements and gamer points or whatever - no message comes up that says it affects anything. I really don't care about those points or acheivements so I never look at it.

Re: I'm Considering Putting this Game on Ebay

what a crappy game...18 turnovers and a 45 point comeback!! that should NEVER happen in a sim football game like Madden. David Ortiz...you there? hellooooooo? you reading this stuff??

ya gotta think the Reviewers out there are all just killing time doing reviews part time until Halo 3 hits....how could Madden 08 get these awesome scores??

i'm TRYING to enjoy Madden 08 /360 (since i was a dumbazz and bought it the first day-duped again).
going back and forth between Madden and APF2k8 (excellent gameplay-and you'd NEVER see the stats in the 2k game like the OP experienced with Madden)....and guys don't run through walls, either.

but...to each his own.

Re: I'm Considering Putting this Game on Ebay

Couldnt agree more about the lack of quality control in this game. I mean I sound like a broken record here but Tiburon has more resources(money and obviously no talent) than any other developer.

Shouldnt we be playing one of the greatest games ever? I mean look at a game like SKATE, now that is what a game should be like. Made by skaters for skaters. Why cant Tiburon do that?

Unfortunately the sad truth is EA and Tiburon cant part ways no matter how bad their product is because they've made so much money together.

It just pains me to know that my favorite sport cant be translated into an unbelievable gaming experience for at least another 5-10 years...and thats if MAJOR overhauls are made, which I doubt will ever happen...UUUGGGGHHH!
