Create A Team
How does CAT work on 360. If I want to put a team in a franchise do I get a team I replace roster or free agents. Have never used this before.

When you make the CAT you pick the style of team (all-D, all-O, balanced, etc) and it fills the roster with randomly generated players in that style. When you replace a team in Franchise using that team they'll keep the randomly generated rosters.
