Jacksonville commits 34 penalties...
I have not been having the turnover problems everyone else seems to.
However, I was playing against the Jaguars (they were CPU) and they jumped offsides so many times that it, combined with their other penalties, it added up to 34 penalties and 190 penalty yards.
Yes, I was playing with standard rule sliders.
Yes, I know there is a hard count exploit. However, if I didn't use a hard count (which I did not abuse) they snap-jumped like crazy. So I used the hard count with moderation and they kept on jumping. In their own stadium.
Thirty four times.
