did the patch make anyone else's madden unreadable?

i just turned on madden like 5 minutes ago, i played last night with no problems...

as soon as i turn it on, i get disconnected from xbox live and it tells me there is an update for the game, im pretty happy as i have heard of a patch

but now, i tried to go to practice mode and it says my game is unreadable at the loading screen...no scratches at all on my disc either

I have had no problems, but the update/patch didn't do anything about the free agent pool or the INT stat bug. I couldn't find anything that was fixed?

weird...

it lets me play a exhibition game, but whenever i try to enter practice mode, it gets a disc unreadable

can anyone that has gotten the patch see if their practice mode works

This patch only addressed online network issues....just like the PS3 one.

it had to do something

like i said, my game was working fine last night and now i cant even go into practice mode

it's not like xbox live updates haven't been the cause of problems before

I just got the update for the 360 version and tried Practice mode for you. It let me play Practice mode with no problems. I also loaded up my Franchise to check out something too. I edited a player that I had tried to edit before and it changed his contract. It now lets me edit his equipment and his age and contract does not change as it did before, not sure about incoming rookies from the draft though. So for the guy who posted that the patch was for online only, I guess that is wrong since it has at least fixed the contract/age glitch when editing a player in franchise mode. As I said though, not sure if you can edit rookies from your drafts without messing up their contract/age, but I know for sure it let me edit a current player without messing up his contract/age.
