Preplay Controls(before snap)

I've been playing a few franchise games recently. I'm not sure when it started, but I've just noticed that the on-screen preplay control layout that's on left and right sides of the screen have disappeared.

I've looked at some of the setup option screens but can't seem to find how to turn it back on. Perhaps it went away after I've up the difficulty level from Pro to All-Pro?

p.s. I did notice an option under gameplay called Pre-Snap Interface(on/off), but turning it on doesn't seem to make any difference and nothing comes onscreen before the snap.

The only way to fix this is to delete your madden profile and then when you start the game up again it will create a new one just like the first time you played it. Then you will see the pre-snap controls again. This happened to me and thats how I was able to fix it.

If you change your button configuration it does that.. Its really Annoying cause I hate the Cover button where its at
