Hey guys I got this game about a month ago, played it once and the INTs and fumbles completely killed it for me. When I play sports games I strive for the most realism possible and from my experiences with the game, it's not happening this year. The only thing is I love football, and unfortanately this is the only NFL game this year. So I if any of you guys can help me it would be greatly appreciated, all I want is to make this game fun and as realistic as possible. Give me some help and some ideas on what has worked for you.

Play the game on PS2 or Xbox 1

There are lots of sliders and threads that should help you. try Tomba's roster edits. We all are at different playing levels, so a slider set that works for me may not work for you. you have to do alot of trail and errors with the sliders to see what works best for you.

Yeah I have it for PS2 as well and I agree the game is much more playable on that system and still fun. I'm just kind of passed current gen games though since I've been on the 360 for almost two years now. I may have to just bite the bullet this year though.

Haha don't worry 2k8 has already put my halo playing down to a minumum. If I wasn't such a football nut I would have no problem playing that game instead. I swear NBA is probably the best all around sports game I have ever played.

Play online. There are no arbitrary INT or fumble issues. IMO it is worth the purchase of a new 360 and Madden(if you don't have those already)just to play a great game of football online. Online this game is near perfect.

I'll agree we everyone else though with the offline game. CPU INT's and fumbles kill it.
