Next Gen Madden NFL 08 Update: Part 2 (Franchise patch)

i just logged on to Madden online PS3 And its said i needed a title update looks like EA Sent out the patch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am downloading now all you need to do is login to Madden 08 online and it will say that you will need to download a title update hope this help

anyone know what its soposed to fix post in here thanks

yeh but now there another problem i am having after downloading it says i need to press and hold the PS Button to exit the game

well i do that and i have to manually quit when thats happens i re enter the game and get a error messege and cant start up the game

so i have to goto the save data utilty and delete the cache thing and re intall it and it works again anyone know a way to get into the game after after insalling the patch thanks

p.s. i am sitting here tyring to install for the 3rd time and all 3 time it requiers 2 file updates but seems to only download 1 meaning it only downloads 1 of 2 files please help cuz i get an error accord during start operation 80010009 thanks

Anyone on 360 get an Auto-Update? I cannot check as I am at work. I wonder if I will have to restart a franchise if they actually fix some of the FA stuff.

Just turn on system with Madden. No Update.

Are you sure that isn't a roster update?

One of the mods over at ncaastrategies is also reporting this morning that there is some sort of patch/update for the PS3 version. He's also having the same problem with system errors that Chiefsfan reported, so you guys might want to hold off on downloading this.

I'd hold off on downloading this.....

After downloading, system errors out when loading game. Deleting the Madden 08 file in the Game Data Utility gets the game to load again - but then the update is gone and you have to download again! A vicious cycle...

There's a bug in the update, it seems.
