Yeah it does. Now teams dont sign every freakin player in the pool, but the downside is ALOT of big name players get left behind that normally would be signed.

Yup, however i dont know if all of the undrafted ones go there, but i have seen the ones i dont sign and plenty others that the cpu signs, then lets go (?).

Is there supposed to a difference in terms of the number of rookies coming in? I downloaded the patch and started a new franchise, but when I go to scout there are still only five FBs available. Kickers and punters are pretty sparse in the scouting area, too.

That will depend on the roster that you import, not the patch. I specifically edited some punters, kickers and FB's to make them good enough to make the draft. (in NCAA prior to importing).

Never had the problem. I import NCAA rosters for the first 3 years of my chise then its non-imported from there on out and every roster is decently filled with good enough amounts of rookies.
