Do you guys typically play with this on or off vs the cpu? Does the cpu typically violate these rules during franchise play? Thanks.

Fair play is for online play.. Next Gen doesn't have that option.

I liked it online b/c ppl had to kick fg's and not go for it every 4th down.

They definitly need to bring this back. It completely changed how the game was really played online IMO.
