Remove "IR" from players (Xbox not 360)

How in the hell do you remove the IR tag from all these players when going into franchise mode? I know the hard work and dedication it takes to do rosters as I have done plenty myself on various platforms, but I can't stand these roster updates that have this...

If you just cant release them and then re-sign them to the same team,. then I am afraid you may have to wait for the end of the season update that keeps the ratings adjustments but removes the injuries...

Release them within franchise mode and re-sign them or just within the roster in the main menu?

Not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want everyone healthy when you begin a new Franchise? I think that is what you're asking, if so turn off Pre-Existing Injuries.
