It's my understanding that as long as there is no bare leg and at least some white sock visible, players are given some leeway.



Both of these are within the league's current guidelines.

Funny I just posted a thread similar to this. I don't know if you tried or not, but what are your thoughts on playing a safety in this game?

I'm thinking that if player control is much better it might transfer, but that would lead to one other hurdle. And that is if the camera zooms to far back on pass plays to make it too difficult to see your deep safeties. I've only seen low resolution videos and it obviously looks small. What do you think?

never understood y guys are so adamant about sock length..does that help u catch the ball.. does it help u stop the run.. i guys have them wastin time on trivial ish when they can be focusing there attention on other stuff
