why not just rate the players from 1-20?...I don't get the point of having it at 1-100...when you look at all the RB ratings...they are mostly just inbetween 80-100...seem like if you made it 1-20 any adjustments would have a bigger impact on the players ability?

Because people are more comfortable with numbers on a 100 point scale.
