It's just the apparent avoidance to use the letters ER in a word by today's youth

Gangster=Gansta
Better=Betta
Souldier= Soulja


If you can come up with a NEW way to not use the letters ER at the end of a word you pretty guarantee you will be a millionaire.

ER seems to be some evil pair of letters that must be done away with so everyone can sound cool when they talk.
