Will Madden 2010 have a feature like Live 365?

Im not much of a basketball guy, but iv been reading a little about this new feature NBA Live has for 09 and it seems like it would add a whole new level of realism to Madden. What it does is it updates player tendencies, hot/cold streaks, and how teams play on a daily basis according to how they have been playing in real life.

I think this would make madden a lot better because players in the game would more accuratly resemble their real life counterparts, and teams would play with the same tendencies they play with on sundays in real life.

Would you like to see a feature simmilar to this in Madden 2010?

From what I know I dont believe so....

NBA Live partnered with a stastical analysis company to produce their day to day changes.

Although, considering Maddens exclusive deal with the NFL and its partners it would be utterly disappointing for them not to find away to apply something similar.

Yeah i dont see any reason why something like this couldnt be done with madden. It would be great if they were able to update team and player tendencies every week or two along with updated rosters and ratings. If NBA Live can do it in 09, why not Madden in 2010?

I would hope so, they'd only have to update once a week instead of every day so in some ways it'd be a little easier. It's a cool idea, and who knows I might give NBA Live a try for the first time in 8 years.

This is really something that Madden needs, though. The amount of realism that comes with this kind of data is unspeakable.

Could you imagine what they could do with football?
-Where the QB throws vs. a certain coverage (long/medium/short, left/middle/right)
-What the RB does when presented with a man in the open field
-Whether the DB goes for the INT/PBU or the tackle
-What move the DE uses on a pass rush (think Freeney's spin move vs. Reggie White's club)

Even more imp't, you could go to coaching tendencies... what they do in 1 and 10, what they do in 2 and short/medium/long, etc.

If they did this, I would be using madden for betting and gambling purposes.

Just set the matchup up and sim 100 games worth and use that outcome to bet on a team.

This is probably what they dont want to happen though.
