I enjoyed Joe Buck on Fox and in Fever. Buck and Collinsworth would be awesome.

im with you on this one man. you guys are getting greedy before the damn game is even out. Hammond is no worse than Al Michaels on ps2. just a different tone of voice. anyone who says he is not better than the radio guy is just lying to themelves!

Hammonds play by play is all chopped together. It is no where near as fluid as Collinsworth. That final build with Hammond was awful. Besides being choppy, it was monotone and sounds incomplete. Besides, who wants to hear...."he drops back" "throws" "catches the ball" "1st down" "someone please get me some water" "I am roboman" "where is my chain lube" and so on!

I would rather listen to the radio guy and Chris Collinsworth

If he does Madden 2010 Commentary, I'd buy the game even if they went retro with the gameplay back to 1991.

I really like Torico, and can take or leave Joe Buck, but I gotta go with Buck. I think he has the personality that would translate well to a videogame and he has worked with Collnsworth enough to be able to make a more believable combination. I know people would want to add Troy Aikman into the equation (who I like) but I don't think he would cross over to videogames well. I really think it's certain, more boisterous or outgoing personality types that do the best...

All that said, I think Hammond is back for 2010 if he wants, and to be honest I can live with that. Beef up my franchise, fix the core gameplay functions, and add more overlays and other presentation features first. I hated the radio guy enough that I'd suffer through Bryant Gumble if I had to
