Well, we all know about the presentation issues and the missing "little things", but I am hoping for the first "non broken" playable Madden on next gen or I am unhooking my 360 lol. I am just hoping for a solid game in 09 while looking to 2010 for "wow" factor.

Please dont tell me it still zooms in to the jumbotron after you get a first down like it did last year.....

I know it sounds petty, but if that's still in the game, I'm not buying it. Zooming to the jumbo tron to show the first down sign took up WAY too much time in last years game and was supremely annoying.

Thats been my biggest problem with madden. Its so hard for me to complete offline games because...something is just missing. Kinda boring I played maybe 2 games of 08 and just sold it to a guy at work. Where as APF2k8 i could play games all day(and still do). Now, i wasnt a huge fan of nfl2k5 and wasnt ever a big fan of the 2k series but something about APF atmosphere and player interaction keeps me playing. Since that series is on life support, i need new football. Problem is, the videos i've been watching of Madden09 kinda have the same atmosphere as 08. I will play the demo and rent the game and judge for myself. It looks like its going in the right direction...so heres hoping for a good year of madden
