Has John Madden ever actually sat down and played a Madden game?

I heard that Madden does check in EA's California headquarters from time to time. However, all of the new features from year to year (not to mention the realistic physics and branch tackling) are done at Tiburon's Honolulu studio, which is why they never make it into the game...the Madden Cruiser can't make it there to sign off on them.

Don attacking the designers is like attacking the artists and musicans on a major label. You should be going after the people making the financial decisions and not the guys who care about making the best product they can.
