I dont think thats true because they released a roster for people who got the game early(next roster is 8/11)..Its no reason to not have all features available right now unless its something that will be patched. They just dropped the ball lol

I co-commish 2 32 team leagues that have been running off of Leaguedaddy (literally spent around $500 to imput stats ourself) for the last couple of years. When I heard the enws about online leagues in April, naturally, I was pretty pumped. I had my doubts given who we were dealing with, but I mean come on, this has to be the most half assed feature EA has ever touted. No player stats....no divisions, no authentic schedules...It's basically a glorified tournament structure. No one serious about playing in an online league is going to find this attempt at doing what NFL2k did 4 years ago in any way useful.

I started having serious doubts when EA just stopped their hype train after the initial IGN article, but now it comes full circle and the amount of deceit aimed squarely at the customers who write the checks, is utter and complete trash. There's no telling how much money EA will STEAL from unknowing customers who think they are getting an online season similar to the one in the offline portion (because, well that's what EA said they would be in their lone IGN article detailing the leagues).

I often hold back on posting here b/c of all the hate that is built up for EA and this being a primarily 2k friendly community, I don't want to kick a dead horse but, wow, EA really sh*t the bed on this one.
