cause everyone is saying that D-mac progresses the exact same every year?

yr 1= +2
yr 2= +3

everytime time hes a 90 by yr 3?

but in this ign article it takes him till year 2013 to reach 90 overall. than goes up again, the degresses after a couple injured/poor seasons.

So what is really going on? I'm hearing 2 different things.

shouldn't the progression results be different for everyone? by everyone i mean the user, not the players.

I'm pretty sure they are different. If you read the impressions thread what Countryboy was finding out with D Mac was way different than everyone else.

It's like the lottery, it's not going to be the same numbers everytime.

Lets also note that all these people whining about how broken it supposedly is can't even seem to bother to actually post a screenshot or any kind of proof whatsoever. All we hear is wah wah wah it's broken wah wah but they don't show any proof. Maybe it is broken, maybe it isn't. Maybe it varies depending on which team you control. Maybe it varies with the difficulty level. At this point we really don't know, but I'd tend to believe IGN just a little more than I believe some random idjit claiming to have the game early.
