for those with the game,the developers said you can on the xboxlive video but i haven't seen an option for it yet.

The Challange Play option will appear in the Pause Menu IF there was a "controversial" call on the field. Meaning if there was a call made that resembled anything close to a wrong call, you will get the option to challange it, otherwise the option won't show up, not even faded like last-gen. This is offline, I haven't tried online

no not that ,they said you can do it in the play call screen.
