Madden 2009 "We have a problem"

I was wondering if you guys have seen issues with freezing. I just received my copy last night and have not made it through one game without a freeze. It seems the freezing always occurs after the play when the game is transitioning into a one of the cutscenes or to the play selection screen. I saw it once when the game was making the transition to the cutscene after an injury.

I have only played exhibition games and I have only observed the freezing during bad weather games (rainy or snowy) I initially thought this was a occuring due to a bad disc so I returned my original disc and am observing this on the second. I know this is not an issue with my 360 as it was just purchased within the last month and all other games including NCAA09 play without problem.

I am not sure if I should PM this as a bug.

If you any of you guys have seen this. It would be helpful to know what might be causing the issue or even how to resolve... Thank you so much in advance!
