My Madden keeps getting the "Disk Unreadable" message?

my madden keeps getin the 'disk unreadable' sign just as the 'press start' is about to load up, i dunno what to do because it's my mates games that im borrowing, and ive done nothing wrong with it, and i also hear that loud clicking sound. PLEASE HELP ME.

Try downloading Madden to your HDD
