For those that control all 32 teams(FA question)

First off I want to say game play wise this madden rocks, with a 615 IQ I've lost all 3 of my games in my giants franchise lol. Now to my question, this is the first madden I've taken control of all 32 teams, tired of seeing teams with 30mill+ cap space releasing their best players. Every off season in the real NFL there is usually a few great players becoming free agents, so how do YOU decide what superstar you're not resigning to their team?

It sucks about the old players not getting worst or at least noticeably worst, kinda hard not to want to keep signing them to their same teams since they stay elite. I also wish there was a option to let the computer do the training every week for themselves.
