Standard 4:3 TV View

Okay, so I've got 09 on the PS3 hooked up to my old school 32" tube set.

This new 'action camera' doesn't seem to pan left and right much at atll. Maybe a little bit, but my WRs are still off the screen until they're 10 yards downfield.

I know this is a next gen game, and designed with next gen TVs in mind, but I can still play my other new games (GTA4, MGS4, etc) on my TV just fine. There aren't any displays that run off screen since they have 4:3 settings. Any help with this, am I missing something, or am I stuck passing blind again this season?


The obvious solution would be EA simply including the custom camera angles, but there's already 500 threads covering this on this site.

Oh, and please don't reply with some smart-arse "Why don't you just buy a new TV" comment...

I have the same issue and same TV size as yours. What I did was go in the dashboard and set the display to widescreen. It definitely helped me to see my receivers on the far ends better

I have a bigger problem on the defensive camera angle. I can never follow the Back into the flats or on those wheel routes. So I just have to guess, most the time I'm wrong
