I CANT RUN THE DAMN BALL!!!

I need help running the ball. I try to not hold turbo sometimes and wait, and sometimes I explode to the hole but it seems as if everytime I hit the hole someone breaks off their block (literally as I hit the hole) and are their for the stop. Even if I spin off or juke away there's always 2 more to coral me. I'm using the Raiders who have a great running game even tho their O-Line is average, but I just had 63 yards on 33 carries against Kansas City.

Is there anything I can do differently or is it mostly the fault of my line?

Set your running offense to 5 or below in custom settings.
